Refund policy
Due to the extreme costs and critical timing of our business, any/all cancellations must occur by email within 24 HOURS of your original order to SCOOTERSTOPLLC@GMAIL.COM Standard turn around time is 7-21 days for a scooter to arrive to you. If your order will be delayed longer than 21 days, you will receive an update from us with an updated timeframe.
We serve you as accurate & as fast as humanly possible. Research what you want and then depend on us to get it to you in perfect condition. We do not give Full refunds for any reason. Fees are associated with every single online order that we can not get back. If we can not get them back, how can you? These fees are set through Shopify.
Scooter Stop is not responsible for delayed orders that are the result of distributor's shipping or back ordered items. We will notify you of any delays encountered and keep you apprised of expected delivery time. Once an item is received, you will have 7 days in which to notify us of any issues in writing and request a return for partial refund or see what resolution can be worked out. We are in the business of keeping all involved very happy.
To be eligible for a partial refund of your order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, no mileage and unused, and in its original packaging. Shopify Payments keeps the original fees from the payment. We can only refund the amount less their fees.
To start a return, you can contact us at scooterstopllc@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you as to how/where to return the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Scooters sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
